Agile Coach (m/w)
Our client is a medium-sized, but growing, Austrian company, where people from more than 30 different nations work together. Their internet platform and app is widely used in Austria and you have the chance to support them by joining them as an Agile Coach (f/m).

These tasks will await you:
Improve our agile practices throughout our cross-functional teams.
Enable our cross-functional teams to work autonomously, in a structured way to add velocity.
Guide cross-functional teams through agile processes (defining the vision, dailies, grooming, retrospectives, etc.).
Ultimately work toward a level of accountability such that the team requires less direct facilitation from the Agile Coach.
Actively work to remove impediments that slow any aspect of the development team’s efforts, quickly troubleshoot as needed.
Help with strategic planning and work closely with PMs/POs to maintain release plan.
Identify, make transparent, and help to manage dependencies with other internal or external teams as required.
Work with CPO/CTO to ensure that teams have what they need in terms of environment, equipment, training, support, etc.
Expose our teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility.
Create and maintain effective channels of communications and working relationships.
This is your profile:
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a tech environment as an Agile Coach, ideally in companies with over 30 engineers.
You have a good handle on agile methods, such as Scrum and Kanban.
You have strong communication and leadership skills.
You have knowledge of working in a high-paced tech-environment.
You have experience working with JIRA, maintaining release plans, and working with an OKR framework.
You hold a university degree (Bachelors or Masters) Computer Science; Organisational Management, or a respective field.
Ideally, you have a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) certification.
You are a teamplayer with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
You are fluent in English.
Our client offers an attractive salary for this position based on your qualifications and experience. Austrian law requires us to post a minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 42.000,00 € gross per year (for a full-time job).
Austrian work permit must be available!
