Our international client in the finance industry, based in Vienna, is a multi-cultural market leader in its field and is looking to expand its 2nd level support team.

You will
Handle and resolve incidents via ticket system from internal staff (analysis / solution / exchange)
Exchange with 3rd level support (internal and external)
Write documentation and provide procedures and check lists for the 1st level support
Participate in projects for upgrade and installation
You are
A customer-care-person
Technically fit with an understanding of standard back office systems in CRM / accounting / finance etc.
A lover of administration and process handling
With pleasure a career changer and open minded for technical things and people
Comfortable in English language
Our client offers a market-compatible gross salary 35.000 (Minimum € ,- p.a.). The salary will be established according to your qualifications and relevant experience.
Austrian work permit must be available!
