Our client is an Austrian company in the insurance sector. For the department, which develops core insurance Software, they are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/d).

These will be your tasks

• Coach and support a team in agile practices

• Work on reorganization and modernization projects

• Collaboration with Product Owners in improving the core insurance platform for worldwide customers

• Ensure the team follows the Scrum process

• Removing impediments to the development team’s progress

• Help stakeholders to understand and enact the agile mindset

This is your profile

• At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Agile mindset

• Experience in coaching and moderating cross-functional, distributed teams

• Familiarity and interest in Scaled Scrum Frameworks (e.g. Nexus, LESS, SAFe)

• Very good English skills, German is a plus
