Stefan Hilgner, a passionate bread baker and dedicated father of two sons, has developed from a management consultant to a key figure in personnel consulting in his career. At DreiKreis, where he is responsible for client care and team leadership, he works on the continuous development of the company. His commitment to environmental protection and his penchant for football complete his profile. In his new role as Managing Director of DreiKreis, he looks forward to incorporating his extensive experience and values into the design of forward-looking personnel strategies.
